Who is Yoshi?
Yoshiki Takahashi is a fashion creative strategist with a BBA in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design. Born in Manila and raised in Tokyo, he later moved to New York, where his global upbringing shaped a sharp cultural fluency and a deep understanding of both Eastern and Western consumer behavior.
While at Parsons, Yoshiki explored the intersection of design, entrepreneurship, and innovation—studying how strategic thinking and digital transformation can drive business growth in the evolving fashion landscape.
Professionally, he has led the digital transformation of Tokio7, a renowned consignment retailer in New York City. There, he launched the company’s first e-commerce platform and integrated digital ecosystem, which contributed to a 156% increase in annual revenue and a 191% growth in online sales. His work involved implementing POS-informed merchandising strategies, optimizing UX/UI design, and creating real-time digital content that mirrored customer buying behavior—especially around restocks and high-demand items.
Yoshiki brings experience not only in digital communication and strategic planning, but also in creative direction, having led editorial campaigns and social media growth initiatives that scaled Tokio7’s online visibility to over 150,000 monthly profile views.
With a proven ability to connect brand storytelling, digital commerce, and consumer insight, Yoshiki continues to build strategies that help fashion brands grow across platforms and cultures.
